Returns & Exchanges

At Sundae School, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-grade apparel. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are unwashed and have all original tags attached.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
